If this is an emergency during our open hours, please call us directly at 604-980-0440. If it is an emergency after hours, please call Canada West Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Services at 604-473-4882 or the Vancouver Animal Emergency and Referral Centre 604-879-3737. For non-emergency health concerns, please fill out the eform above, and we will get back to you within 48 hours to schedule your appointment.

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Interac® debit as methods of payment.

When illness strikes as pet, unexpected expenses strike as well. Special arrangements can be made through the Petcard program.

Visit the Medicard website (http://medicard.com) to fill out an application and see if you qualify; this may allow you to finance all or a portion of your pet’s care.
